Rockline interview with Ville and Mige

At Rockline radio page you can now find interview with Ville and Mige. But be aware, it's going to be reachable only for two weeks!
Fans (ok, not only fans) had the opportunity to call direct to studio and ask guys questions. True is, I don't understand why the hell they were asking the same damn questions (except two or three...) which Ville already answered like thousand times. At least. No offense, but what about to follow my blog? :-p

Well, it's pretty good interview anyway, guys had fun, and I nearly laughed my ass off few times (Mige:"Help me! Help me!" :D:D:D)

Na stránke rádia Rockline si môžete vypočuť rozhovor s Ville a Mige. Ale pozor, dostupné to bude len dva týždne!
Fanúšikovia mali možnosť volať do štúdia a klásť otázky chalanom. Pravdou je, že nechápem prečo sa pýtali tie isté prekliate otázky (okrem asi dvoch) ktoré Ville zodpovedal snáď už tisíc krát. Prinajmenšom. Nič v zlom, ale čo tak sledovať môj blog? :-p

No, aj tak je to ale dobrý rozhovor, chalani sa evidentne bavili, a ja som sa niekoľko krát smiala na plnú hubu (Mige:"Pomóc! Pomóc!" :D:D:D)

Here're some highlights:
The interview starts with basic introduction and welcome phrases – "Hallo theeeere, it's good to be back" and compliments about new album...
Ville:"I need people to validate its existence"

About favourite song from new album
Mige:"Recently I've been fan of Katherine Wheel. It somehow entered my consciousness in new level. I didn't understand, couple of things happened back in studio, I'm slow, it takes time to me to observe some ideas, choices we made in the studio, and then, I discovered it like three weeks ago."
Ville made a joke "You must be really good husband" :)
Ville: "Katherine Wheel, cause it was one of the first songs we started working on and it is one of these really simple like playing around..."

About the cover
The story we already all know, but Mige mentioned Mercyful Fate song "Nuns have no fun", that's his "interpretation"...
Moderator asked if they will change the cover for Japan? Mige: "They should accept this, you know it's healthy thing, but if that comes down to that I don't know" Ville:"The optical illusion is very much Japanese oriented, because biggest artist from that genre are from there. Fukuta, all those people...so it's highly inspired by Japanese artist...we can add more eyes if they want." Mige:"But no more than 16"

About festival
Ville is calling this tour "from Valentines to Halloween", but they didn't give us more specific festivals dates/names, still working on that...

About work on track
After Ville come with basic idea, (Mige)"We start going through it, it's magical moment!"

About IQ
Ville:"I never believed that persons intellect can be measured in mathematical ways, so, if rock'n'roll I would probably say 666, but it's boring answer too, eh...I met people with really high IQ, but they were not really function in society, with small sense for creativity,..you know, I'm just trying to find way how to skip the question...:)"
Mige:"It's strange way to measure the intellect, because my IQ is smaller than my shoe number, so, I'm really bad at those things..."

Fan gifts (Sweetest or kindest thing fan has ever done?)
Ville:"Somebody, I can't remember her name, she made me a quilt and I'm sleeping on that quilt ever since, I love quilts. It's lovely when people do stuff with their hands. Not trying to sound dirty, but...you understand..."

Song they will never play live and why
Ville:"Obviously HIM songs":D "Several times we said we will never play this or that song but then, in couple months or years, we take it back to set-list.Old songs can change its appearance and vibes with new music,so never say never."

Home near the lake (that girl asked that because he mentioned that in some video, that he wants to have one)
"No, no, no, what wanna I do with place near lake? I can't swim...I must be insane when I was telling that..."
Mige:"Temporally insanity, that's your plea?"
Ville:"Yeah, maybe, you know, two months community work" :):)

About Helldone
Mige:"We have been going this for, how many years? Eleven. It's been a tradition, you know, you never know."
Ville:"But you still didn't say if we gonna doing it or..."
Mige:"I'm not gonna take responsibility, I'm not gonna pay your tickets of we not gonna do it. You drive me into corner and I'm dangerous when I'm in corner.":)
Moderator:"And considered that marriage too..."
Mige:"Yeah, I can't recommended that either" :D:D:D

Tu je niekoľko odpovedí čo stoja za pozornosť
Rozhovor začína základným predstavením, uvítacími frázami - "Hallo theeere, je dobré byť späť" a komplimenty o novom albume.
Ville:"Potrebujem, aby ľudia potvrdili jeho existenciu."

O obľúbenej skladbe z albumu
Mige:"Posledne sa mi páči Katherine Whell. Nejak prenikla do môjho vedomia novým spôsobom. Nerozumiem tomu, niekoľko vecí čo sa odohrali v štúdiu, som pomalý, trvá nejaký čas kým si niektoré myšlienky všimnem, rozhodnutia, ktoré sme v štúdiu urobili, a tak, objavil som ju asi pred troma týždňami."
Ville zavtipkoval:"To potom musíš byť skvelý manžel" :)
Ville:"Katherine Wheel, pretože je jedna z prvých skladieb, na ktorých sme začali pracovať a jedna zo skutočne ľahkých na hranie..."

O obale albumu
Príbeh, ktorý už všetci poznáme, ale Mige spomenul pieseň "Nuns have no fun" od Mercyful Fate, to je jeho "interpretácia"...
Moderátor sa opýtal či budú meniť obal albumu pre japonský trh, Mige:"Mali by akceptovať tento, vieš, je to správne, ale ak na to príde, neviem..."
Ville:"Optická ilúzia je dosť orientovaná na Japonsko, pretože najväčší umelci z tohto žánru pochádzajú z Japonska. Fukuta, a podobne... takže je to inšpirované japonským umením...môžeme pridať viac očí ak by chceli."
Mige:"Ale nie viac než 16." :)

O festivaloch
Ville nazýva turné "od Valentína po Halloween", ale neposkytli nám viac špecifických dátumov/mien festivalov, stále na tom pracujú...

O práci na skladbách
Po tom čo Ville príde s hlavnou myšlienkou, Mige:"Prechádzame ňou, je to magický moment!"

O IQ
Ville:"Neverím, že intelenkt človeka môže byť meraný matematickými metódami, takže, ak by som to chcel poňať rock'n'roll spôsobom, povedal by som 666, ale je to nudná odpoveď, ehm...Stretol som ľudí s vysokým IQ, ktorí ale neboli schopní fungovať v spoločnosti, mali malú kreativitu...vieš, len sa snažím vyhnúť otázke..."
Mige:"Je to zvláštny spôsob merania intelektu, pretože moje IQ je potom menšie ako číslo mojich topánok, takže, som veľmi zlý v týchto veciach..."

Darčeky od fanúšikov (najmilšie čo kedy fanúšik spravil)
Ville:"Niekto, nespomínam si na jej meno, mi urobila prešívanú prikrývku a od vtedy na nej spávam, milujem prikrývky. Je milé keď ľudia vedia niečo vytvoriť svojimi rukami. Nesnažím sa znieť obscénne, ale...rozumieš..."

Piesene ktoré nikdy nebudú naživo hrať a prečo
Ville:"Očividne HIM piesne":D "Niekoľko krát sme si povedali, že už nebudeme hrať tú alebo hentú pieseň, ale potom, po pár mesiacoch alebo rokoch, sme ju vrátili do setlistu... staré skladby môžu zmeniť svoju atmosféru s novým materiálom, takže nikdy nehovor nikdy."

Dom pri jazere (tá baba sa na to spýtala na základe videa kde Ville spomenul, že by taký chcel raz mať)
Ville:"Nie, nie, nie, čo by som robil s domom pri jazere? Neviem plávať...Musel som byť nepríčetný keď som to tvrdil..."
Mige:"Dočasná nepríčetnosť, to je tvoja obhajoba?"
Ville:"Áno, možno, vieš, dva mesiace verejnoprospešných prác"

O Helldone
Mige:"Robíme to...koľko rokov? Jedenásť. Je to tradícia, vieš, ale nikdy nevieš..."
Ville:"Ale stále si nepovedal či budeme hrať."
Mige:"Nevezmem na seba tú zodpovednosť, nepreplatím ti letenky ak nebudeme hrať. Zaháňaš ma do kúta a ja som nebezpečný keď som zahnaný do kúta" :)
Moderátor:"A zvážiť manželstvo..."
Mige:"Áno, to tiež nemôžem odporučiť" :D:D:D

Skutočne stojí za vypočutie.
