Hard to say, how that video will look like from two pictures, at least we can be sure Ville is there half-naked.. would it be something as gone with the sin video? :) who knows (let me know too), we need to wait some time....

After an intro that sounds like it was put together on a Casio-keyboard, arena-sized guitars crash through the barricades. HIM are setting their stall out here, it’s the commercial know-how of Dark Light combined with the pace of Love Metal. There’s an epic building solo in the middle too, really impressive stuff.

Well, combination of Dark Light and Lovel Metal? Hmmm, it could be good sound... we will see, just to wait more than two months :-/ Who knows what our Ville prepared for us.. yeah, Metal Hammer at least (and some others...)

Prvým singlom z albumu Screamworks:Love in Theory And Practice bude Heart Killer, svetlo sveta v podobe singlu uzrie 1. februára. takže už len vydržať dva mesiace. Metal Hammer o tomto počine uviedol. že je to kombinácia Dark Light a Lovel Metal, takže je na čo sa tešiť :)

1) Ak by si mal bilancovať svoju celú kariéru hudobníka, čo sú pozitívne a čo negatívne aspekty ktoré ťa napadnú?
L. Nuž, je fajn mať prácu ktorá ťa skutočne baví. Ja to vlastne ani ako prácu nevnímam. Najhoršie zas je tráviť čas mimo rodiny.

Ville Valo for Roadie Crew magazine - Syyskuu ´09

The September issue of Brazilian magazine Roadie Crew addressed three pages to Finnish band HIM :) The Slovak translation of interview with Ville Valo is below:

Od neskorých 90. rokov, je svet svedkom rastu kapely z Helsínk, Fínska, ktorá postupne získava viac a viac priaznivcov svojím štýlom nazývaným "Love Metal", stavaným na základoch Metalu a Doom, prispôsobeným pre Goth a upevňovaný prvkami novej vlny 80. rokov popu a hard rocku. To všetko v kombinácii s romanticko-depresívnymi textami speváka Ville Hermanni Valo, teraz považovaného za veľkú ikonu tejto generácie hudby všeobecne. Presne ten Ville, s ktorým sme mali možnosť hovoriť počas jedného fínskeho letného dna a adresovať mu otázky ohľadne ťažšieho zvuku ich posledného albumu "Venus Doom", DVD "Digital Versatile Doom", desať rokov "Razorblade Romance" a samozrejme, o ďalšom štúdiovom albume, ktorý vyjde budúci rok. So zmyslom pre humor, spevák/skladateľ, otvorený v odpovediach, odhalil množstvo informácií, ktoré budú mať pre fanúšikov určite veľkú hodnotu.

Update - Ville's interview on Euro-rockradio

I had a feeling this might happen but don’t worry it’s nothing bad. Slight change in plans, instead of Ville being live on the air it will be a pre-recorded interview with him. Why you might ask? Well Ville is due in the studio during our show time and apparently the cell phone signal sucks there so we’ll be chatting with him earlier in the day and recording it. We’ll still be asking the questions that are emailed in, though obviously any chance of calling into the show won’t happen now. Maybe next time.
