Additional information about HIM Screen Print Saint Scream

As all of you know, Saint Scream Print was included to limited edition with Screamworks: Love In Theory And Practice, heartagram edition, as it was called.

The first published information was that there will be printed collection of 5000 Scream Prints, each one unique and a bit different. Sold out in approx. a month, all fans impatient to see own ordered one.

The Two Rabbits Studios reached this by mix ink, spray water, create textures etc. True is that they have done great work, each print looks like small art piece, and I'm also a proud owner of one.

The serial number is written by pencil, in bottom-right corner of print, the originality is certified by red 2rabbits stamp.

Unexpectedly heartagram.com in English (EURO) store started to offer Special fan edition of Screamworks, with the same description as was for Heartagram edition (= with numbered Saint Screams Print), but those prints are not numbered. Speculation starts if those are original or only copies of the first 5000. Well, if you have a red 2rabbits stamp on a back site of print – it is original made by studios and I received confirmation that there were 800 non-numbered prints printed out.

Shit happens... the route of sound problems continues

Does it need any comments? Sound problems sucks. Annoying not only for band and crew but fans too.... what about starting to make better sound-check before show?
I'm glad in Birmingham except small issues, sound was clear.

To see what happend in Baltimore gig go to februarynight youtube

Séria technických problémov pokračuje...A to štve nie len skupinu, crew ale aj fanúšikov.... Možno by bolo fajn porozmýšlať nad lepšími skúškami zvuku pred show.

Ville has short haircut - photos from Hot Topic signing in New Jersey

Doesn't need any words. Please remember, it is music what is counting. (Btw, I like it, sometimes I wish to make the same)

Ville Valo Q&A for Orkus 03/10

HIM live in Birmingham heartagram drum setThe translation of Q&A from last Orkus Magazine (english below slovak) / Preklad otázok a odpovedí z posledného vydania časopisu Orkus

A cibuľa.

Orkus: Čo prvé spravíš po prebudení?
Ville: Vstanem, trocha sa ponevieram, spravím si kávu a zapálim cigaretu. Doma spávam oblečený, takže som ráno hneď na všetko pripravený.

Orkus: S kým by si rád bol príbuzný?
Ville: S Ježišom. To by bol skvelý rodokmeň.

900 miles to see His Infernal Majesty - HIM live in Birmingham

HIM live at BirminghamIf Mohammad will not go to the mountain, the mountain must come to Mohammad.
Or as one Slovak advertising for soft drinks declares "when you love her, there's nothing to solve". To change just one word in this thought was enough to find myself in Birmingham.

Some of die-hard fans were already occupying places in front of venue. At 9am! Crazy? No. Let's call it devotion or loyalty. And well-tested by afternoon's unpleasant rain. But vivid snake of in black dressed bodies remitted that this Finnish band still have many and many faithful followers.
Doors open at six, the tour bus driver informs me that the band won't come before seven. "No sound-check?" "Nope."

Cause I didn't need to be in first row, I decided to wait at a site entrance with few others. As first arrived Linde with his girl, few minutes later tour bus with rest of members. Ville, kind as always, stopped to sign someone's something and he looked, despite so many years of popularity, somehow surprised by so much attention. Come on boy, when will you get it? You are loved by so many fans around the world.
