HIM night at Euro Rock Radio

Finally, it looks like better times are coming. It was deadly quiet around HIM last few weeks. So it is absolutely great that Kelly announced HIM night at Euro-rock radio!
The special guest is Tim Palmer, the producer of few HIM albums. As Kelly claimed she tried to ask Ville, but he is on vacation. I’m sure, here we can agree that he deserves one. Still, I’m looking forward what has Tim to say us :) So do not miss it! Tuesday, 21st of September!

Konečne svitá na lepšie časy. Poslednú dobu bolo okolo HIM mŕtvolné ticho. Takže je skvelé, že Kelly ohlásila HIM noc na Euro-rock rádiu.
Špeciálnym hosťom je Tim Palmer, producent niekoľkých HIM albumov. Ako Kelly pripustila, skúsila osloviť Ville, ale je na dovolenke. Myslím, že môžeme súhlasiť že si ju zaslúži. Som celkom zvedavá čo nám má Tim povedať :) Takže to nepremeškajte! Utorok, 21. septembra.

Ville Valo and Pekka Himanen interview

Some time ago, actually quite a long time ago, before Screamworks release, there was published interview between Pekka Himanen (Finnish philosopher) and Ville Valo. Of course it is in Finnish. Sineresi from Valo Daily did again perfect job and translated it into English. The translation, as well as video, you can find here, below is the Slovak translation.

Pred nejakým časom, vlastne už celkom dávno, ešte pred vydaním Screamworks, bol uverejnený rozhovor medzi Pekka Himanen (fínsky filozof) a Ville Valo. Samozrejme vo fínčine. Sineresi z Valo Daily opäť odviedla skvelú prácu a preložila to do angličtiny. Preklad tak ako aj video nájdete tu, nižšie je slovenský preklad.

Pekka Himanen: Ako sa darí?

Ville Valo: Normálka. Vitaj.

Pekka Himanen: Som rád že ta vidím.

Ville Valo: Aký si mal deň?

Pekka Himanen: Skutočne dobrý. Bol to neskutočný týždeň plný extrémov, od stretnutia s Hillary Clinton a návštevy Bieleho Domu, až po dnešnú návštevu Compton, kde sa navzájom zabíjajú gangy.

Ville Valo: Bol som príliš vystrašený tam ísť.

We all craving for HIM to make European tour, but also there are lot of fans which want to see Daniel Lioneye to make one. And there is still way how to help Linde.

Just "like" Daniel Lioneye facebook page,
and if he gets 15 000 people to do so, they will get support make tour. Then we can just believe it won't be only US tour...
So please do not wait and also invite your friends :)

Všetci túžime po tom aby HIM spravili európske turné, ale je taktiež veľa fanúšikov ktorí chcú turné Daniel Lioneye. A ešte stále existuje spôsob ako v tom Linde pomôcť.

Jednoducho dajte "like" Daniel Lioneye facebook stránke,
pokiaľ dosiahne 15000 fanúšikov, bude mať podporu turné uskutočniť. A potom už len môžeme veriť že sa nebude jednať len o americké turné...

Thunderstorm hits Sonisphere festival

A severe thunderstorm hit Sonisphere Festival in Pori, Finland this afternoon at approx. 16.00. Strong gusts of freak wind damaged the stages and knocked down tents and fences. Approx. 40 people were injured, two of them seriously so. The injured people are currently receiving treatment in hospital.

Gas's wife wrote through her twitter that she was almost injured but, thanks God, run from stage in time. I really hope no one else from HIM members, crew and their families were in danger.
My sympathy to all there, cross fingers no one else is seriously injured.

Počas dnešného poobedia zasiahla festival Sonisphere v Pori silná búrka. Nápory vetra zničili pódium a strhli stany a prístrešky. Približne 40 ľudí bolo zranených, dvaja závažne. Zranení boli prevezení do nemocnice.

Manželka Gasa cez jej twitter napísala že sa takmer zranila, ale našťastie stihla včas z pódia ujsť. Verím, že nikto iný z členov HIM, crew a ich rodín nebol v ohrození.
Spolucítim so všetkými čo sú tam a držím palce aby už nikto iný závažne ranený nebol.
